I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she recently washed it. followed their wash directions and the colors bleed everywhere I paid $230 for this set and now it is ruined!!!!!!!!
Sooo cute, but feels like sandpaper [initially]! Luckily, it has softened up a little after sleeping on it…but still kind of rough-feeling. The extra pillows are also very cheaply made.
This bedding is beautiful. We really like it. LOVE that it is cotton. Very clean and crisp looking. I haven’t washed it yet… The other reviews have scared me a bit. I may just dryer fluff the comforter. LOVE that it is different on the backside (stripes). We are using it in our spare room. We don’t think it looks cheap or inexpensive. We are very happy with this purchase.
I actually ordered this from a website calle hautelook for $120 recently. I was so excited to get it in the mail yesterday. I am shocked that the regular price is so expensive! The quality of this bedding is so poor…it is like something that would go for $75 at Wal Mart. The fabric was so stiff. I immediately threw the sheets in the wash. But sleeping on them last night was like sandpaper all over my body. It was the most uncomfortable night sleep I’ve ever had! I just could not believe something with the “Steve Madden” name would be so cheap. I was even considering how much I could get for the sheets in a garage sale. $5? I gave it three stars because the pattern is so lovely. But the sheets are horrible! I strongly suggest you spend your money on something else.
