I purchased A L E X to spell out the shortened form of my son’s name Alexander. I have hung these letters above his crib … tres cute and they fits in very well with my bedroom design, the wood matches my other furniture and his crib very well. I did not want to go with the typical animal or sports team because I have a one bedroom therefore I needed his space to blend and compliment my existing modern chic design. The price and quality is very good, saved me from purchasing at Pottery Barns kids which was much more expensive.

I used double sided tape (not the one purchased from an office supply store, this tape was purchased from a home depot store and sticks like super glue)to put them up on the wall. Don’t know how I will get them down…lol…

The letters are just what I was looking for, and believe me, I scoured the web for something perfect for our little one’s nursery. The letters beat out ones from specialty stores both in terms of look and price. I’m absolutely thrilled!

I almost didn’t purchase the letters, because Amazon said they were out of stock and didn’t have an estimated ship date. I was facing similar issues with the specialty stores, but they gave me dates anywhere from 45 days to three months out as to when the letters would ship. I took a gamble and was ecstatic to receive all the letters within approximately one month of the placement of my order.

If you’re looking for dark wooden letters to hang on a wall, I highly recommend these!

I ordered two of these letters and, because no measurements are shown in the listing, assumed they would be about the same size as others for sale. They’re larger than I expected: just over 7 1/2 inches tall and wide.

While they’re bigger than I had hoped, they still look great on the wall!

I got this letter for my daughter’s room and it looks beautiful on the wall. The expresso finish gives it a touch of elegance. The quality of the material is very good.

I ordered 6 of these letters for my sons room and they arrived in quite rough shape. They all look a bit beat up and a few of them are chipped. The boxes look like they have been re-taped shut so perhaps they’re used or returns or something? Not pleased with them but may paint them and try to fix them up a bit. They were among the cheapest ones I found, so I guess you pay for quality.
