We ordered this on the 14th of Jan., they shipped on the 17th and we received it on the 18th. Great communication from the buyer. When we opened the plans, they were very well laid and very descriptive. I can no wait to get started building this, as they also put in the exact number of materials for each size of bed and there is also color pictures and it shows exactly how it is to be done.
